(a) All of our orders are sent out via next day courier service and require a signature upon delivery.
(b) At the time of checkout it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of delivery details suh as region, weight and delivery time. In the event that there is an error, we will contact you via the details provided.
(c) Orders will be shipped out via our door to door courier service and it is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid delivery address.
(d) A signature on delivery is necessary and constitutes the start of any after service or warranty period.
(e) If there is a problem with your delivery, you must inform us immediately by email on email@example.com or by calling our freephone number on 0800 644 6664.
(f) If you have not recieved your goods within 7 days of placing an order, please contact us using the same contact details as above.
(a) All orders are processed during our normal working hours of 9:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday excluding public, internal and bank holidays.
(b) Any order made outside of our working hours will in the vast majority of cases be processed the following working day, however, in circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to delay an order until normal circumstances have resumed.
(c) In the interest of efficiency, all terminals/other products are sent out without menu programming or other special tailoring. However, if any terminal, menu or special programming is requested by the customer or required to complete the order, an additional 7 working days should be allowed in order to receive delivery. You will be notified by email if this is expected to take any longer.
(d) Products are sent via courier to customer and unless included in the order, will not be installed at the the client's site. In the event that an installation is requested by the customer, we will contact you using the details that you have provided to us within 2 working days to arrange a suitable time to perform the installation. If, in the unlikely event you have not received any communication within 3 working days, please contact our customer service centre on 0800 644 6664 or via email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
(e) Express delivery can be arranged upon special request by the customer for a nominal fee.
